Fired cop who obtained Breonna Taylor warrant fights for his task back

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Joshua Jaynes swears he failed to lie.

The former Louisville Metro Police detective was fired in January for publishing untruthful info to attain the search warrant officers employed when they broke down Breonna Taylor’s condominium door on March 13, 2020, and fatally shot her.
