Sparklight suggests ‘network disruption’ interrupted company in Treasure Valley, other places

The cable and world-wide-web service company also said its cell phone traces and client world-wide-web portal were being down Tuesday morning and afternoon.

BOISE, Idaho — Folks in many parts of the Treasure Valley had been without the need of web provider into Tuesday afternoon due to the fact of an apparent outage affecting Sparklight.

The enterprise said in Twitter posts Tuesday early morning that it was “investigating reviews of services outages” shared on the company’s social media, and was also suffering from a “complex situation” with its cellular phone and on the web consumer account info.
