Merlin Firmware 101: Select Asus Routers’ Extra Magic

If you’ve never heard of Merlin firmware, no, I’m not talking about wizards, just regular Wi-Fi tech, which is cooler than magic anyway.

So yes, if you’re interested in making your Asus router better, or noticeably different, you’re reading the right post. It’s all about getting your router the Merlin treatment. You’ll learn what it is and how to sprinkle it on your beloved Wi-Fi hardware.

Important note: Putting third-party firmware on a router, among other things, can be tricky and even cause the router to die if you don’t do it right. Consider yourself warned. Use Merlin at your own risk. This post is for those, who, because of boredom or otherwise, want to venture out of the general tech norm. If you want to continue, tread lightly!

Kansas City Royals select 10 players on last day

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Royals rounded out the 2021 MLB Draft by selecting 10 players on the final day.

Here’s a list of those players:

Brennon McNair (shortstop): Selected in the 11th round (319th overall). a shortstop from Magee High School (Miss.). McNair, 18, was named Co-Player of the Year in 3A Baseball by the Mississippi Association of Coaches and graduated as valedictorian of his senior class. He is committed to South Alabama.

Tyson Guerrero (left-handed pitcher): Selected in the 12th round (349th overall), the Royals selected Tyson Guerrero, a left-handed pitcher out of the University of Washington. Guerrero, 21, ranked third among qualifying pitchers in the Pac-12 with a 2.96 ERA (18 ER in 54.2 IP) this season. He spent the shortened 2020 season at Lower Columbia after transferring from Washington State in 2019, where he was a two-way player as a freshman.

Purple Raiders eventually select up very first 2022 determination

Maybe the Texas Tech football program is at last starting to decide on up some momentum on the recruiting path now that the unparalleled15 month-extended lifeless time period has been lifted.  Just after being the only crew in the Major 12 with no 2022 commitments into June, Tech has now landed its initially verbal pledge of the latest recruiting cycle.

Hudson “Hut” Graham, who is stated by the recruiting web sites as an athlete, introduced his motivation to Texas Tech on Thursday early morning creating him the very first member of the Pink Raiders’ 2022 course.  The Gunter, Texas merchandise will be a defensive again at Tech but he has also performed QB for his large university group.
