Her beloved grandchildren Isaac, Caius, Kevin, Jacob, Josh, Lorelei, Madison and Ozmen. Her mother Lovertia Harp of Sapulpa, her sister and brother-in-regulation Lois and Ben Dobbins, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she cherished dearly. Rita graduated from Sapulpa Substantial School in 1979, and attended Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Immediately after faculty, Rita began her career in crisis medicine as an E.R. tech at Bartlett Healthcare facility although finishing E.M.T. college.
